| Registration Forms & Payments Select the proper button above to obtain a printable registration form. Dr. Wirth's students and Musikgarten have special forms, all other students use the CMMS selection. Once you have registered, please call the Business Office (320-255-0318) to receive your confirmation number which you will keep for the school year (or summer). It is your responsibility to give your teacher your confirmation number and then set up a lesson time. Teachers cannot guarantee schedules until you have received your confirmation number. There is a $15 annual registration fee due at the time of registration. |

There are three payment methods to choose from: monthly, semesterly, and yearly. Yearly payments only need to be paid in August. The semester payments are due August 15th and December 15th. Monthly payments are due the 15th of the month prior to the lessons received (August through April). Discounts are given for paying by the semester and year. There is a 10-day grace period during which there will be no late charge. If the payment is postmarked after the 25th of the month, please include a $10 late fee. For a listing of tuition rates click here. We have a financial aid program which allows all students an opportunity to pursue a musical education at CMMS. It is awarded on a need basis and may cover up to 50% of the cost of lessons. Application and more information can be obtained from the executive director. This program is dependent on donations and proceeds from the annual spring concert. In the case of limited funds, applications will be considered in the order that are received.
